Im not saying you have to be tough all the time but you need to let the offender know you may be nice but youre about business. You have to be firm in making decisions. What is a typical day like for you? From the time I come into work (9am) to the time I leave (10pm), I am either meeting with my new juvenile offenders or checking up on the older ones.
